Freshly grate or Press ginger (use a garlic press )or prepare a tube of ginger and store in a small jar for 2 days .each time you need it. Add 1 tsp of ginger to boiling water and drink when need through the day

Remember to eat foods rich in nutrients i.e. cooked vegetables and meat bananas and berries also yoghurt (try to eat low sugar)soups and stews .you could even try eating pumpkin, squash, oatmeal and whole grain rather than processed foods.you may find it difficult to digest flours and pastries. A lot of women find they need to snack every hour or two.
Try to avoid food that is high in sugar, processed foods, fried foods, caffeine and soda.
